In this solo episode, I discuss ways to disrupt painful thoughts so that you can clear enough mental space to connect to feelings and behaviors that will help you carve out a career and life that feels good. I discuss four components: how to see your own thoughts, how to offer yourself compassion when those thoughts feel terrible, how to detach from the thoughts, and how to step into a cleaner and more positive mental space. This process should be a daily practice so as to clear out negative mental clutter and gain access to your inner wisdom.
