Dominic Frongillo's story begins with making history as the youngest person ever elected to serve on the City Council in Caroline, New York, and one of the youngest deputy mayors in the U.S. When fracking threatened New York, Dominic organized hundreds of bipartisan local elected officials to ban fracking statewide and transition away from fossil fuels, inspiring governments around the world to ban fracking.

As a 7-time delegate to the UN climate talks, Dominic co-founded Elected Officials to Protect America to mobilize state and local lawmakers in 50 states for a Green New Deal and federal Climate Emergency Plan. Trained by Al Gore, he was awarded the inaugural Roddenberry Fellowship alongside Occupy Wall Street Founder Micah White and Black Lives Matter founder Alicia Garza.
