In this episode we talk about grieving after the death of a loved one. Brooke is unfortunately not a stranger to loss and lost three very special people in her life within a very short period, including her father. We discuss etiquette and how to be a better support person when someone you know has lost a loved one and giving yourself grace to feel and understand the range of emotions when dealing with loss.
