About Sally

Sally is the owner and Race Director of MSE Racing and puts on quality endurance events including triathlons and running races in the Greater St. Louis area and Illinois. She also enjoys coaching triathletes of all levels from newbie to elite, with a passion for helping them achieve or exceed their goals. She specializes in ultra-endurance, much through her experience in completing 13 full Ironman triathlons.

An enthusiastic entrepreneur, Sally is active in her local Chamber of Commerce and a member of Inner Circle, an invitation-only women’s business mastermind group. She participates in and runs sessions in Fuel to Fire, a business owner’s accountability group. Sally is also a new member of the PWA, Professional Women’s Alliance.

Sally’s latest projects include a Women’s Adventure Retreat series (the first one is open for registration) and a 501c3 to provide resources and bicycles for those who cannot participate in
endurance sports due to the costs involved.
