About 10 months ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I have shared a little bit here and there on my Instagram and the podcast that I do have ADHD but I haven't really dove into what this journey has looked like (or the road to getting a formal diagnosis) so that is what we are doing today!

This episode is actually a part of a two-episode series so this week I am going to share my experience with getting diagnosed and some of the symptoms I was (and still do) struggle with and then next week, I am going to share about how I manage my ADHD especially when it comes to productivity!🎧
