Today's guest is Justin Rewa,
Director of Personal Training at Project Move in Littleton, Colorado.
I love learning what drives people to be healthy or fit, and with trainers, why they're driven to help others.
Early in the show Justin shares what sparked the fire in him.
"My cousin passed away from a massive heart attack, and it was at that point that I said, I'm buckling down, getting my certification and helping as many people as I can live a healthier lifestyle."
Justin's most definitely driven to help others, and he's curious.
He's curious about what the human body can do and eager to learn the best ways to do it.
Just check out his bio at Project Move.
He specializes in weight loss, strength gains and rehabilitation.
Justin's top tip for weight loss is to focus on your nutrition. Don't go on a fad diet. Don't starve yourself. Do something you can maintain forever (at 90%, cause you should have a piece of cake once in a while :) ).
Justin also goes into barefoot training, and how this helps you perform and feel better.
Another big focus of his is mobility for prehab and rehab.
And incase you can't tell from his pictures, he's a big fan of kettlebell training.
From The Kettlebell Project to supporting kettlebells4kids, Justin and Project Move are making a huge impact.
Interested in trying kettlebell training? Justin's giving you the chance to try it out for free! Just go to Projectmove.com/join-us and use promo code "explore" and get 5 free kettlebell classes with Justin!
