Rick Sanchez recently attended and was invited to speak at the L’ATTITUDE conference in San Diego for Latino business professionals where he made many new contacts, including his guest for this episode.  Orlando Salazar is a successful cattle rancher from Texas that has just recently launched Voz Media, a Spanish-language news content provider that targets conservative Latino listeners.  Sanchez and Salazar conclude that whether you are a conservative or a progressive Latino, the facts remain the same; Latinos are proud Americans who simply want the opportunity to work for their futures, they are not respected by either party and need to do a better job of promoting themselves in order to be heard.
