#43: Osteology - Cranial and Facial Bones

The bones of the skull are an important foundation for dental hygiene students to understand prior to taking local anesthesia and working with patients in the clinical setting who present with complexities to their medical history or disease status. This information will provide the student with the basic structures and landmark features located on the cranial and facial bones that make up the skull.
