Since this podcast episode was recorded long before any of these controversies became public, that is the reason why I do not ask Chille anything regarding the controversies…

Chille is a self taught legal scholar & Constitutional law expert. When you look across all his social media accounts - his message is very clear… he is determined to overturn Terry v Ohio. As a victim of two no knock raids by police, he knows first hand the overwhelming power that police have in America today…

In today’s podcast episode we talk about how policing in America is “designed to harass us & put us in a dungeon”, we talk about how we need a checks & balance system on the police, we talk about Chille’s experience when he got no knock raided twice, we talk about Illinois v gates, we talk about reasonable articulable suspicion, we talk about probable cause, we talk about how Chille’s activism has cost him relationships with friends & family, we talk about the common practice of putting individuals on probation, we talk about Chille’s documentary which focuses on the importance of overturning Terry v Ohio, we talk about Chille’s Famous Timeline Wall that he put together documenting the history of policing in America,

Guys, I know this was a lengthy intro to this podcast episode, but I do want to mention one of the controversies that Chille DeCastro is facing… & that is— he’s being accused of being a racist… If I was being accused of being a racist I would want by colleagues that know me well to speak up on my behalf. With that said, of all the controversies Chille is facing at the moment, I do not believe Chille DeCastro is a racist.

He’s a very passionate individual & someone who I think really wants to have a positive impact in this world. I admire his courage to speak his mind & I wish him nothing but the best. With all of that said, let’s get right into this podcast episode!
