OMG you guys! I channeled some really cool things about rest and I wanted to share those insights with you and while I was recording, I got more clarity for myself, healed my migraine and got soooo peaceful! THIS CONTENT IS SO GOOD!!! I am so happy and excited that I get to share things like that with you! 🔥🔥🔥 It's such a good episode about how to trust and RELAX already!!

You know, when we dream about our future and go deep into the visualization, we imagine ourselves relaxed and trusting, but then we open our eyes, turn on our minds and start obsessing about getting to that dream picture.

Abraham Hicks say “an unhappy journey can’t have a happy ending” and on my channeling session I also received wisdom about that a stressed journey can’t end with you being “finally” relaxed. This is NOT HOW IT WORKS!!

And that’s why rest is supposed to be a way of life, not just something you get to have when (and if) you've worked hard enough.
