In this episode we will look at a different type of sense, or spirit energy, that we can work with in various ways. Nwyfre is a term used in many branches of Druidry, but is present in many spiritual practices. It is the energy that flows through all things. Other energy flows that we can work with are the Awen, elemental, plant, and animal energies.
