Today's episode was a requested topic from one our lovely members which massively resonated with me because I am someone, like a lot of people, who thrives in the warmer sunny weather.

The lack of day light can make us feel sluggish, tired and unmotivated which takes a toll on our mental wellbeing.

Luckily there are things we can do to make ourselves feel better!
