When a loved one is unhappy with their life, it's easy to barge in with our strong opinions about what they should do to feel good again. If only they would follow our advice, everything would be so much better, right?! But that's not how relationships work... and we can fall into a trap of endless frustration if we expect others to do as we tell them.
