What the heck is bed brain?!  You know the drill. You lay down in bed after a long day. You are exhausted, ready for sleep. You replay the thing that went wrong in the day. And if you can’t think of something fresh, you think of that highlight reel of all the things that have gone wrong in the past. Silly things that you said in an important meeting. That client – did I rub them the wrong way when I said that thing? Will I ever recover? How will I fix that? You won’t at 10pm….yet this is when we think we need to resolve every big or small blunder of the day, week, or month. Or if nothing comes to mind about the best – time to get anxious about the future!
