Today we’ll be reading from the 1972 book titled Edgar Cayce‘s story of Attitudes and Emotions, A work book concerned with self understanding, self examination, self-reconstruction, and paradoxically, finally, self-elimination. We’ll begin with a section that speaks to what love is, but also to what love is not.

As always, we will include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings which will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence.
