Welcome to another juicy episode of Turned On & On Purpose... This week we are diving into all things Winter Solstice, reflection and upgrades!
Britt discusses the importance of the Winter Solstice yesterday and dives deep into what this means for the collective energy.. The Winter Solstice represents the death cycle, its all about reflection, letting go of the old and creating space for the new by starting to sow some seeds.
Britt goes on to discuss the Spring Equinox, the power of the seeds you sow, and the Autumn Equinox where you get to reap your rewards.. But for now, our focus should be on reflection of what has been accomplished in our worlds over the past year..
Asti reflects on where she was at a year ago, and how her world was crumbling apart, she discusses the breakdown of her relationship, the death of what was, all the changes and also losing her brother and the big year it was.. Although we are in winter, Asti is summer energy!
The reflection continues as Britt shares where she was a year ago, what's she's grown over the last 9 moon cycles and how she is currently reaping the fruits of her labor of what she has created..
So then the girls ask where were you a year ago, what can you reflect on and where have you grown?!
Britt discusses how it's important to have these reflection points so that your not always looking for more, really focusing on what you have been through and what you have created to have more gratitude in your world which will continue to open you up to receiving.
