As I finished my presentation at the Words on the Waves Writers Festival, a beautifully dressed lady shyly approached my book table and said the most touching thing to me.
She thanked me and said,

“It felt like you were telling the story of my life.”

This was the first of several wonderful conversations I had with the guests at my talks, and I learnt soooo much.
