We all in some way shape or form experience overthinking. Some of us are more severe, some of us less. Regardless, we all have moments where we overthink and spend a lot of time in our mind.
My goal for today's episode is to shed light that it's normal for that to happen. Why it happens and to give you some skills and tools to help you slow down your mind to create space to be present and live the most fulfilling life.
