Today's podcast guest is Doug Baarman, Hospitality Consultant, Meeting/Event Strategy & Execution Expert, and one of the MOST GENUINE HUMAN BEINGS ON THIS PLANET. His kind, caring approach has earned him immense loyalty from his team, from his customers, and massive respect from the industry. He is a very close family friend and a partner with me on several projects. Doug grew up in Michigan where he learned the meaning of hard work and dedication from his parents. As the youngest of three boys, the Baarman family stressed the importance of family dinners and sharing of learnings daily.
