Dana S. Diaz is a wife, mother, and author of the best-selling book GASPING FOR AIR: THE STRANGLEHOLD OF NARCISSISTIC ABUSE. 

In addition to her life-long experience with narcissistic abuse, Dana's education in journalism and psychology at DePaul University in Chicago gave her the ability to accurately verbalize and express how narcissistic abuse creates confusion and conflict within those who experience it, so they can better understand their own circumstances. This unfortunate expertise has also leant to Dana's insight on relationships, abuse recovery, healing, and mindfulness to live one's most fulfilled life.
