44. "Limiting Beliefs" That You KNOW Aren't True (But They're Still There...)

Have you noticed that you have a lot of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that you “know” aren’t true?


Maybe thoughts about yourself or your body that get you down, like I’m ugly or I’m not good enough or no one could ever really love me this way… and when you recognize those thoughts happening you hear repeats in your head of every self love and healing inspired quote that tells you that that thought you were thinking is simply a self-abusing lie? 


And even though you KNOW that, and believe that negative self talk isn’t true… or at least want to believe it’s not true… those same self-abusing whispers seem to be the filter you experience much of your life and yourself through? 


In this episode, I explain why simply "knowing better" and deciding that you want to believe something more positive about yourself / your life often isn't enough to transform the impact these "negative" beliefs have on your life, your self-esteem, your relationships, etc.


And then I take you through a process of reprogramming your unconscious mind to allow a positive shift in your belief systems to happen more permanently and organically.
