CEDA. What is it? We’re starting to see some publicity on CEDA with local faces. It is the Commission to End Drug Abuse in Pike County. At first glance you think, this is just another bureaucratic acronym developed by a think tank in Indianapolis or Washington DC that becomes a mandate to our local governments and we've got to spend the money? The director for CEDA is Lindsey Boyd Denno. She is our guest today. She is going to straighten out on the mission and how it is working in this community.
