Self care is like a four letter word to moms. We all know we need to prioritize our self care, our sanity and wellbeing. That part we can agree on. What’s hard is to dial in what exactly that looks like for you AND then to actually show up and do it. So often we start something and love it, but when it’s inconvenient to our families and coworkers we flake. We pull the plug. We go back to auto pilot and burn ourselves out all over.
