Leadership, is one of my least favorite topics to talk about, because I am not an expert and dislike being thought as such. There are many flaws within the military and it's building of leaders, the expectations of leaders, and what senior "leaders" feel they need to do to connect or be successful with the next generation. Let's explore some of these thoughts.
