ASAP Fitness started in 2013 in Dixon CA. They specialize is group training and offer multiple programs to help you achieve any fitness goal. ASAP's mission is to empower their members through fitness, integrity, relentlessness, and accountability. 
They have expanded their services to multiple locations in the Sacramento Valley. ASAP is also home to the 24th Fittest Team on Earth from the CrossFit Games competition in 2017.
