Leon sharpened his knives in the kitchens of wine bar Barrique and fine dining gem Somm (now closed). To name two.
Now he’s cooking through a Mediterranean lens with comforting flavors and creative little twists that might just poke the food rulebook a bit.
We talk creativity, challenging norms, and of course… a bit of delicious nonsense.
