It's time for a little peak behind the scenes over here at TVC and a chat about how I navigate business seasons as a CEO at The Virtual Chapter and for the businesses that I support.

The 3 seasons that I want to talk about today are:

1. Expansion - growth and pushing past our limits
2. Integration - reflection, finding balance and long-term planning
3. Flow - alignment, optimisation and sustainable growth

We hit the ground running this year and we were well and truly in a season of expansion in January and February with new clients, new team, new offerings. Since then we have followed the natural course of things with a season of integration, and now we are moving into a season of flow.

This episode is all about what each of these seasons is, what they look like in business and how I support clients in each of these seasons as an OBM.
