Meet Jennifer Aguilar, a small business owner & current graduate student, getting her Masters in Organizational Leadership and Management.

Jennifer began her lipstick business, Muttats, in 2021 and it’s about Empowering beauty without harm, as her lipsticks are organic and only have seven ingredients. 

She is also the daughter of an immigrant single mother and a DACA recipient and hopes to one day be able to give back to little girls like her and provide scholarships to her community through her business.  

Her story is one of overcoming obstacles, seeking opportunities, and never letting go of hope.
