Today on the show, we have Cee Jai Jones! Cee Jai shares her tennis story as the Director of Diversity, NJTL, and Grants for USTA Southern. We discuss her experience in the tennis industry and the importance of diversity on the court and in the workplace. We also talk about what she likes to do off court and what she's looking forward to for 2021!   FULL BIO: Cee Jai is the Director of Diversity, NJTL, and Grants for USTA Southern. She manages and executes the section’s diversity and inclusion strategy while overseeing all aspects of NJTL (National Junior Tennis & Learning), grant opportunities, and scholarships. She has been with the section since 2015 and has worked in the tennis industry for 11 years. Cee Jai holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Mercer University and is a 2019 graduate of the Diversity First Certification Program. Recognized as an NDCCDP (National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional), Cee Jai is also a certified USPTR Instructor. She plays tennis year-round in Atlanta and is the proud mother of one daughter, Dr. Khali Jones, a public health veterinarian for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
