In this episode of Unravelling,  I am excited to share a sacred conversation I had with Helen from The Fold. Helen is a yoga teacher in Manchester, teaching at her new studio The Fold. She specialises in yoga for women who are trying to conceive, with an emphasis on creating a restorative space for compassionate connection to self and others. Helen is also a lecturer in  education and writes about forests and the beyond human.
