The benefits of improv are far-ranging. This week I interview Improviser Jon Colby to discuss why corporate professionals looking to sharpen their leadership skills should try improv. I took an improv class a few years ago and it taught me to listen, collaborate, be flexible and take risks. It was a great fear experiment for me, and I challenge you to try it too!
