Think meditation is a little weird? Bare with me, I will explain. Jesus meditated before he healed people, he went away to meditate before he made decisions, and he went to meditate to be in the presence of God. So why not us do it too?
This podcast will teach you about meditation and then guide you through a faith based journey meditating on one scripture WITH the presence of God.
We'll go over this scripture:
" Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us."
