Meet Kalinda.

Kalinda is a well educated young professional who lead her local church youth group over the last couple of years. Her church was a fairly large church in the south of London. In this episode she shares with us the ups and the downs that came with this role, all that she learnt whilst she was on the job, as well as what she would have needed to have excelled even further in her position.
