I see a lot of well-intended attempts at boundary setting. And it makes me proud! Setting boundaries is tough, and for many of us recovering people-pleasers, it is even harder.
But there a crucial key that MOST folks are missing in their boundary setting: consequences. By missing this step, it is nearly impossible to enforce a boundary.
