Born in Detroit, Michigan, as the "kid with many talents." Imari developed a passion for drawing, playing sports, and learning different instruments. When he was 15, he moved to nearby Sterling Heights, Michigan.

With an incessant need to grow and learn new things, he joined a local church in Detroit. As a youth member, he began playing the drums, singing in the choir, and working with the soundboard staff doing whatever his hands and talents found to do. Imari would soon find his niche after being asked to sign up for the church Christmas play. Upon participating in several plays he grew to love performing.

He has since dedicated most of his time to learning the craft. He is best known for his roles in the film, "Ole Bryce (2018)" and "Keylord (2016)." Imari made some recent appearances on featured film such as, "Trafficked (2021)" and became a series regular for "PEACE BE STEEL." We expect big things for the future and believe this is ONLY the beginning for my next guest, actor and director, Imari Reynolds!
