It’s International Stress Awareness Week, and on today’s show I discuss resilience training as a means of managing stress.
I talk about some of the symptoms of stress, what they can be, and how to identify them. I then talk about what can be done about stress. The two aspects of this on which I focus today are (i) reframing our negative thoughts into positive thoughts; and (ii) training our nervous system to be calm through breath work.
I close the show by taking you through a brief breath practice to help you start putting some of the resilience tools into place.
