#45 Invite magic into your daily life

It's been an intense few weeks! If you're feeling a little pressure, overwhelm, and/or exhaustion, you're not alone. In this episode, I share some experiences that I had last week that have allowed me to get into the moment by connecting with my breath, the natural world and the magic of the cosmos, even amidst the chaos. I had multiple times where I was astonished by the beauty of nature and I allowed myself to really take it in and be grateful for this human experience. So, if you're feeling the intensity of the world right now, I invite you to take a moment to see the love and light all around.
