On October 24, a large feature entitled, “Is the Bible a True Story?” ran in Haaretz—one of Israel’s largest newspapers. Instead of using the opportunity to discuss how biblical history is being unearthed, the author chose to discredit archaeologists who dare claim the Bible is an accurate source of history.
