#45 - Jayden Leigh | From Hate & Control to Love & Connection
Imagine this.
Your 21 month old daughter wakes up one morning and she can’t stand. She can’t bear any weight on her legs.
She’s rushed to the Royal Children’s Hospital for emergency surgery to remove part of her skull to relieve the pressure on her brain.
You have no idea what’s going on.
You’re scared out of your mind.
And being the control freak you are, you have NO control over what’s happening.
After surgery your daughter is taken to ICU and put in a coma for 10 days.
When she finally wakes up she’s unresponsive.
The specialists tell you to prepare for the worst…
They tell you your daughter is going to be in a vegetative state for the rest of her life. She will be in a wheelchair. She will need 24-7 care.
Your life is never going to be the same again.
What would you do?
This is the exact situation Jayden and his wife Hannah found themselves in with their daughter Winry.
But instead of accepting the fate handed to them by the specialists, Hannah emphatically told the specialists and her husband,
“THAT’S NOT HAPPENING”
“Let’s say this isn’t the truth and create our own destiny!”
This decision led to an educational deep dive to heal their daughter.
Hannah went down the rabbit hole of studying everything she could on brain health, nutrition and the physical body.
Jayden went down the rabbit hole of human behaviour, psychology and spirituality.
Although the specialists had ruled out a recovery for their daughter, Hannah & Jayden never lost faith.
And through their commitment and belief – a miracle happened.
Two and a half months after their daughter Winry was admitted to hospital, she walked out of there on wobbly little legs!
The specialists, ICU and Children’s Hospital declared her a miracle recovery. They couldn’t understand how this had happened.
But Jayden and Hannah knew why.
And you know what the silver lining was of this horrific experience?
In researching how to heal his daughter, Jayden ended up learning how to heal himself.
And this experience was a catalyst for becoming the world-class coach he is today.
Helping high-level women go deep with their emotions and relationships. And building a 6-figure per month business as a by-product of his relentless consistency and service.
