Hey sweet friends! Today I bring to you something sparkly and a new: a guided meditation. 

Meditation and Visualization are powerful and effective tools to help you in creating and cultivating the relationship you desire with food and your body.... and your dream life.  They support us in rewiring our subconscious mind which is largely responsible for how we live our life. 

My challenge to you: Do this meditation every day for 30 days and then report back to me how it's impacted your life and how you show up around food.
