During my meditation last week I was struck by the deep sorrow I picked up from the heart energy of the world. Rather than fall into the pit of despair though, I recognized it and honored the emotion and the massive spiritual growth that grief propelled me through. This week, I share with you what a dark night of the soul is, collective consciousness, and a traditional shamanic ceremony for releasing false identities to allow you to step into the fullness of who you really are. Let’s step into this new season planting the seeds of who we are at the soul level, so that when the new year comes, we come knowing a little more of who we are from the eternal perspective, shall we?
