This year we celebrate the 60th anniversary of Star Trek and we start it all off with the first movie, Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)! We talk about the great special fx that were done under a time crunch, the new uniforms lacking color, and the perhaps boring side of this film even given the grandeur of seeing the Enterprise explore space on the big screen. Brent also tried all the good snacks for us with Snack Chat, Steven does a mini-review of his favorite old cozy TV show obsession, Northern Exposure (series finale), and Brent reviews his new violent TV show obsession, Daredevil: Born Again season 2 (Disney+)!
