You regularly use the term ‘Own the narrative and language’ what does that involve?
• Command the message. Be prescriptive – Metrics, Why will the client buy? ‘Why will they buy us?’
• Be consistent and weave into the client’s language. Deliver with integrity. (Show the benefit - vested mutual interest/benefit in right outcomes. )
• Bespoke solution hopefully gets confused with an in-house project.
• Be consistent and over communicate, they start to quote back your message. (Show them the pain of indecision.)
