Colonel David Russell Williams was a distinguished military man. He commanded thousands, he was a respected leader, he even flew the Queen of England on a few occasions. But what no one knew was that Williams had a sinister side. He broke into homes and would steal undergarments after taking pictures of himself wearing them. This quickly escalated to committing sexual assault and murder. When he was arrested for the murders of Marie-France Comeau and Jessica Lloyd in 2010, he left both his military and civilian communities shaken with disbelief.
