If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I pull a card from an oracle deck every morning following my morning meditation practice. Often, it's from Gabrielle Bernstein's The Universe Has Your Back card deck and last week, I pulled the same card 3 or 4 times! That card read "Energy flows where my intention goes". In this episode, I talk about what that message means to me in my life and how we can all bring this wisdom into our lives. I also share my experience after completing 90 days of a 31-minute meditation called Break the Mask—an intense journey into revealing my hidden self.
