Emily Snyder loves life, but acknowledges that internal joy is a result of intentional choices, steady effort and work! She is a goal girl, and over the last decade, she has been consciously taking strides outside of that comfort zone many of us settle in to.

Emily put a number to it, and this year, she hopes to accomplish 46 goals before she turns 46.
