Aron started his first company Foundation Games, in 2010 at the age of 19. At its peak, Foundation employed 27 people in 3 locations globally. The company launched 7 mobile games including Lumi, which was Apple Game of the Week and Editor's Choice.

After running Foundation for 4 years, Aron left to pursuit a position as an entrepreneur in residence at Codex Venture Partners. While at Codex, he developed and raised funding for Postly, a social app aimed at changing the way people share online. Now Aron splits his time between Postly and advising promising startups and entrepreneurs.
