Leaving my corporate job for full-time real estate wasn’t just a leap of faith—it was a strategic move that required discipline, planning, and bold action. In this episode, I break down the exact steps I took to set myself up for success, even before I left my 9-5.

From paying off $14,000 in credit card debt with a smart debt consolidation strategy to saving three months of living expenses and securing my real estate license, every move I made was intentional. But my success didn’t stop there—investing in business workshops, networking with the right people, and surrounding myself with a like-minded community played a huge role in scaling fast.

Even with early challenges, I went beyond my goal of one home per month—closing 35 houses in my first year! In this episode, I share the lessons that helped me navigate those first months as an entrepreneur, the mindset change that made all the difference, and what I would do differently if I could start over.
