In this episode, I share 5 mantras I use to bring myself back to me. The simple words and reminders I come back to when I feel overwhelmed by fear, self-doubt, mental clutter, overthinking, lack of self-love or when I need courage, peace, momentum and grounding.

These are the mantras I use daily in my own life to move through hard moments, reconnect to myself and shift my mindset when I feel stuck in fear or spiralling thoughts.

I also share how I use these tools in my 1:1 coaching sessions with clients, helping women reconnect to their intuition, inner safety, self-trust and truth.

This episode is a reminder that sometimes healing and growth doesn’t always come from having all the answers. Sometimes it comes from returning to a simple thought, phrase or truth that brings you back home to yourself.
