The latest episode of Time For a Brew, sees Holly Kragiopoulos of Leeds based coffee roasters North Star, reminisce over some coffee memories in the "One Week Coffee Tour". 

Before that though, we discover the origins of North Star, discussing three of their present roasts including a really special coffee from El Salvador. We discuss their current operations, plans to expand, fantastic coffees and their place in Leeds, as well as the really detailed story behind each origin.
